Creamy Fettuccini Sauce
Serves 8-10
2 - 8oz packs of cream cheese
8-Ounces of grated Parmesan Cheese-NOT the powdered stuff
2 - Cups milk
1/2 cup butter
Garlic
12-16 ounces of Smoked Salmon, Pre-Cooked Shrimp or Crab
Tony's Creole seasoning
Melt butter and cream cheese together in a medium size pot, whisk continually until smooth.
Add about 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic and a modest sprinkling of Tony's Creole seasoning, you can add more later to taste. Whisk until blended.
Add the Parmesan Cheese and continue adding the milk until you get the consistency your looking for. Don't boil and keep stirring so it doesn't stick.
Fold in the chunked seafood, don't over stir and turn it into mush, you can add more milk if the mixture get's too thick. A soon as the seafood is hot pour over Fettuccini noodles, mix gently and serve with Garlic Bread.
